The Service is owned and operated by VoidEdge Apps (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), whose details are available at voidedgeapps.com.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

Important Notice on Accuracy of Exam Formats

The examination formats, timings, keyboard layouts, fonts, scoring formulas, penalty rules, and other evaluation parameters reproduced within the Service are approximate simulations provided for practice and educational purposes only. They are compiled from publicly available information and are not guaranteed to be complete, current, or accurate.

Because these presets have been assembled from information available online and from secondary sources, the Company makes no representation or warranty that any preset matches the official examination as actually conducted. Official examination bodies may change, and from time to time do change, their rules, patterns, software, and evaluation criteria without notice. The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to any government department, recruitment board, high court, commission, or examining authority, and any names or references used are for identification and descriptive purposes only.

You should always verify examination requirements against the official notification, prospectus, and instructions issued by the relevant authority. You use the practice presets at your own discretion and risk, and the Company accepts no liability for any reliance placed on them.

1. Purpose of the Service

The Service is a free educational utility that lets users practise typing under settings intended to resemble various Indian government typing examinations. It is a preparation aid only and is not a substitute for the official examination, official practice software, or official guidance.

2. No Guarantee of Results

The Company does not warrant that use of the Service will result in any particular level of typing speed or accuracy, qualification in any examination, selection for any post, or any other outcome. Speed, accuracy, and score figures shown by the Service are estimates generated by the Service’s own logic and may differ from the results produced by official examination software.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not:

use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
attempt to disrupt, damage, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure;
copy, reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit the Service or its content without our prior written permission; or
misrepresent the Service as being an official, affiliated, or authorised product of any examination authority.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to the Company and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, fonts, keyboard layouts, and trademarks referred to within the Service remain the property of their respective owners and are used only for descriptive and identification purposes.

The Service may reference or link to third-party websites, fonts, or resources, including official examination bodies. The Company does not control and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of those third parties, and links do not imply endorsement.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. Without limiting the foregoing, the Company does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that the examination presets are accurate or up to date.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company, VoidEdge Apps, and its owners, officers, and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of opportunity, examination result, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service or your reliance on any information or preset provided through it, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its owners and contributors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

9. Changes to the Service and These Terms

The Company may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We may also revise these Terms from time to time; when we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to applicable law, the courts having jurisdiction over the Company’s registered location shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
